Responsibilities include process design, flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment sizing, requirements, HAZOPs, design reviews, vendor coordination, procurement, factory and site acceptance testing, installation walkdowns, and technology transfer from R&D to fabrication and operation. The role requires sound engineering judgment, simplification of requirements, and support for nuclear facility permitting and construction.

Provides executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, correspondence, expense reporting, confidential records, and executive presentations. Coordinates concurrent marketing and cross-functional projects using Asana, managing timelines, stakeholders, approvals, documentation, risks, and status reporting. Requires advanced Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and the ability to handle urgent requests and competing priorities.

Leads document control and records management programs supporting design, procurement, construction, and operations. Oversees controlled documents, electronic records systems, policies, retention programs, governance frameworks, project turnover, regulatory compliance, staff training, and performance. Maintains document management systems, troubleshoots issues, coordinates document distribution and work records, and participates in industry and regulatory activities.

Leads integrated project teams delivering engineering, construction, equipment procurement, installation, and operations scopes. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, vendors, and recovery plans while coordinating technical teams and reporting status to management. Requires a technical background, Primavera P6 experience, and at least four years of project management experience in a technical field.
