Administer and maintain SHINE's LMS (Absorb), assign and track role-based training, manage training records and vendor relationship, support audits and NRC/regulatory requirements, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure onboarding and recurring training compliance.

Support corporate strategy and development by building long-range financial and technoeconomic models, leading diligence and partnership processes, tracking competitive intelligence, preparing investor- and board-ready materials, and partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives to execution.

Lead SHINE's investor relations program and capital markets engagement; develop investor-facing materials; manage earnings and investor events; provide strategic financial analysis, integrated modeling, and support for long-range planning, capital allocation, and strategic transactions including diligence and valuation.
