Manages datacenter infrastructure and operations, including servers, storage networks, cloud services, operating systems, backups, and Microsoft platforms. Oversees deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, disaster recovery, service delivery, contracts, policies, and cost optimization. Leads staff, supports continuous availability, coordinates cloud operations, manages vendors, and advises technology leadership on datacenter strategy and emerging technologies. Manages airport technology infrastructure across campuses, roadways, and data centers. Oversees telecommunications cabling, conduits, communications rooms, maintenance, upgrades, compliance, documentation, contractor performance, testing, and technical standards. Provides project management for infrastructure construction and implementation, including budgets, schedules, risks, and closeout. Leads technical staff, supports disaster recovery planning, conducts audits, and responds to infrastructure emergencies in demanding airside and landside environments.

Coordinate, consolidate, and submit annual O&M budgets, multi-year forecasts, and quarterly financial reports. Monitor spending, perform variance and cost-benefit analyses, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, develop budget procedures and policies, train managers, and use enterprise financial systems or Excel to track and administer budgets.

Manage and continually improve the organization's cybersecurity compliance and governance program. Lead regulatory assessments, audits, vendor risk management, policy development, certification activities, remediation tracking, reporting to executives, cross-functional collaboration, and supervise compliance staff. Support incident response, disaster recovery, and training programs.

Support cybersecurity compliance by conducting assessments, audits, gap analyses, and risk analyses; track and verify remediation; maintain compliance documentation and metrics; assist audits and evidence collection; research regulatory changes; deliver awareness training; investigate violations and recommend corrective actions; and help improve policies and governance.
