Serve as Level 2 escalation for the IT Service Desk, resolving advanced incidents across endpoints, identity, networking, VDI, and applications. Administer NinjaOne, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, FortiClient/FortiSASE, monitor backups, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset records, participate in projects, improve runbooks, and mentor junior staff.
