Lead fundraising, donor stewardship, community partnerships, communications, and event strategy to increase awareness and philanthropic support. Manage donor communications, CRM records, sponsorships, volunteer engagement, and fundraising campaigns in coordination with the CEO and program leadership. Plan and execute special events, develop engagement strategies, track metrics, and support Board cultivation.
