Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business intelligence activities. Develops executive dashboards and reports in Power BI, analyzes financial and operational performance, supports cost reports and audits, and provides recommendations to leadership. Partners with department leaders on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, financial models, process improvements, and reporting automation.

Leads implementation and administration of a centralized electronic scheduling program across residential and community-based locations. Coordinates staffing coverage, open shifts, vacancies, float and PRN deployment, and agency assignments. Develops scheduling procedures, templates, reports, training materials, and workflows; supports users and troubleshoots system issues. Monitors staffing trends, overtime, compliance, agency utilization, and schedule accuracy while partnering with operational and HR leaders to improve workforce efficiency and stability.

Lead fundraising and communications efforts in partnership with the CEO and leadership: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; manage grants and donor data; draft appeals and marketing materials; plan and oversee fundraising events and facility rentals; grow volunteer and corporate partnerships; manage marketing materials and Events Committee; attend community meetings to increase visibility and donor retention.
