Provide system administration, configuration, incident resolution, and technical support for the credit union core system (Symitar) and ancillary applications. Monitor and execute operational processes, support upgrades and UAT, fulfill service requests per SLAs, document procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent recurring issues.
