Develops brand concepts and guidelines, manages digital assets, tracks graphic performance metrics, schedules social posts, and supports marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration, project prioritization, communication with marketing leads, and delivery of high-quality designs under deadlines. This is a full-time, onsite position in Wrightstown, Wisconsin.

Leads brand and marketing strategy execution to drive sales, audience growth, customer confidence, and profitability. Manages integrated campaigns across digital advertising, social media, customer service, web/data, and supply chain teams. Oversees campaign analytics, product promotion, vendor and ambassador relationships, brand consistency, content trends, and event activations. Mentors team members, provides tactical guidance, monitors performance metrics, and identifies new product and marketing opportunities.
