Leads dealership sales performance by setting objectives, coaching and developing sales associates, recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring CRM and sales processes, supporting negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring inventory and documentation standards, and coordinating with Finance and Service teams. Maintains a customer-first showroom environment while driving accountability, operational excellence, employee development, and achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Sell and demonstrate vehicles, build customer relationships, advocate for customers during sales, maintain product presentation and inventory knowledge, complete manufacturer certification and training, follow up on leads, and support recruiting and training efforts.
