Oversee council-wide girl programming including events, outdoor and mobile programs, highest awards, and summer camp. Lead staff supervision, program development, partnerships, volunteer training, quality monitoring, and ensure safety, accessibility, and member retention using data-driven improvements.

The Membership Recruitment Coordinator develops and implements recruitment strategies to increase girl and adult membership, delivering presentations and organizing events, while collaborating with local organizations and managing leads.

Provide day-to-day IT support and coordinate with the managed service provider. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, mobile phones, printers, asset inventory, user access, documentation, training, and confidentiality while supporting council staff and initiatives.
