The Business Development Representative identifies and qualifies prospective members through high-volume cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. The role requires 50–75 daily calls, lead research, CRM maintenance, follow-up, and scheduling qualified meetings for sales teams. The representative attends scheduled meetings, collaborates with Partner Development, Member Development, and Marketing teams, and shares effective prospecting strategies with peers.

Analyze large, complex procurement datasets to identify savings and optimization opportunities, produce recurring and ad hoc analyses and executive-ready outputs, partner with Member Advisors, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and build standardized tooling and reporting to improve operations and deliver measurable value to members.
