The Category Planning Specialist develops solutions to grow beverage categories, collaborates with retailers, and uses data analysis for account management.

Serve as a brand ambassador representing Beer Capitol at bars, restaurants, retail locations and events. Run product samplings, giveaways, interactive promotions, set up/break down displays, share product basics with customers, collect feedback for management, and support promotional campaigns and team partners.

Lead and supervise the chain sales division, manage key national and regional chain accounts, execute supplier brand programs, achieve distribution and revenue goals, coach and train sales representatives, coordinate pricing/merchandising, conduct audits and quality assurance, liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and handle travel and physical on-site duties.
