Design, configure, and sustain VM-based C2 systems across AWS and on-prem edge environments. Implement IaC/automation, observability, cybersecurity controls, troubleshoot cloud and VM issues, support application streaming, and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy and maintain secure, containerized applications.

Define end-to-end identity/attribute patterns, design PEP/PIP/EMS/RPMS integrations, validate modernization roadmaps, translate mission needs into architecture artifacts, advise DevOps and software teams on scalable, secure implementations, and perform architectural reviews, risk assessments, and compliance verification.
