E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Mid-Level Systems Integrator to join our team in Colorado Springs, COto assist in the integration of software components into the Missile Warning system. This position would be responsible for the deployment and configuration of open source, commercial, government provided, and developed products, and the development and configuration of deployment processes.  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work independently to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system including coordination with network administrators. 
  • Duties include setting up user, administrator and service accounts, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. 
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to confirm successful integration. 
  • Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to emails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems 
  • Author/update documentation 
  • Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. 
  • Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. 
  • Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures. 
  • Application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS. 

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of overall related experience with a Windows/Linux server environment. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree. 
  • Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g. Security+ce. 
  • Expertise in managing, patching, upgrading and STIGing RHEL virtual machines 
  • Experience configuring RHEL integration with RSA Securid 
  • Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and permission management 
  • Expertise with Docker and containerized ecosystems 
  • Experience with Bash scripting 
  • Experience with Ansible 
  • Experience working with virtual environments using VMware 
  • Experience working with the Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control System 
  • Application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • C++ experience 
  • Experience with Java scripting 
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.) 
  • Understanding of network topologies and configurations 
  • Integration of cyber security tools and systems with network performance, trouble ticketing, and security subsystems highly desired.   
  • Experience with support systems to include enclave Ethernet switches, storage area networks (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS).  
  • Candidates with a thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP a plus. Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Skills Required
