As an Inside Sales Representative, you manage customer relationships to increase sales, solve problems, and ensure excellent service throughout the order process.

Serve as primary contact for industrial clients: process and verify orders in ERP, schedule and confirm shipments, resolve order issues, coordinate with sales/logistics/production, handle customer complaints, research complex service situations, and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

The Inside Sales Representative manages customer relationships, processes orders, and drives revenue through account development, upselling, and customer engagement.
