Owns direct-to-consumer e-commerce growth for two websites, including site optimization, merchandising, promotions, SEO, generative search optimization, paid media, social commerce, email and SMS lifecycle marketing. The role manages acquisition, conversion, retention, analytics, brand health reporting, category expansion, and third-party agencies while improving revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Develops and executes social media strategies across major platforms, creates and edits short-form content, manages content calendars, supports influencer partnerships, engages online communities, maintains brand voice, coordinates with PR and internal teams, and analyzes social media performance using KPIs. The role requires strong organization, trend awareness, platform expertise, content production skills, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
