Support foundation growth by researching and developing grants, managing proposals, reporting and compliance, processing gifts and maintaining donor records, assisting donor stewardship and events, and providing operational and administrative support to the Executive Director of Development.

Provide administrative support to the Vice Chancellor of Development and Development/Sponsored Programs teams. Manage gift processing, donor stewardship, gift acknowledgments, accounts payable, donor database updates, event coordination, scheduling, and communications. Support the creative services team by managing social media accounts, posting content, brainstorming campaigns, fulfilling requests, tracking deployments in a social calendar, organizing analytics, and aligning work with Ivy Tech's brand and student experience goals.

Provide administrative HR support including employee record maintenance, payroll documentation assistance, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, workers' compensation management, HR reporting, internal communications, event planning, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Lead and manage dual credit processes for Indianapolis-area high school partners. Oversee instructor credentialing and training, track student applications/registrations/grades, ensure NACEP compliance, advise high school students on academic pathways, produce reports, and collaborate with college and K-14 teams to support credential attainment and program implementation.

Provide operational leadership for campus accounting, grants and gift fund management, procurement and travel compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and fixed asset accounting. Serve as Grant Finance Designee, support audits, train project directors, approve Workday transactions, and provide cross‑training/operational backup to ensure strong internal controls.

Create and produce regional marketing materials and maintain regional websites and social media. Design print publications, develop web pages, liaise with vendors, support events with photography/video, and ensure adherence to college graphic standards.

Provide leadership for instructional support at the Sellersburg campus: train and onboard adjunct faculty, deliver LMS and educational technology helpdesk support, ensure digital accessibility, conduct course quality reviews, coordinate eCampus bookstore services, and collaborate with IT and academic leadership to integrate instructional technologies and promote effective teaching practices.
