Provide administrative support for a Home Center by maintaining customer files, assisting with sales and service coordination, preparing correspondence and promotional materials, routing calls, handling invoices and payments, supporting compliance/audits, and serving as an internal communication liaison to ensure positive customer and team interactions.

Lead HFA's revenue-generating functions across Sales, Sales Support, and Business Development. Drive strategy, expand carrier and agency partnerships, manage budgets and reporting, ensure compliance, oversee hiring/onboarding and performance management, and represent the company at industry events.

Serve as the customer-facing coordinator for the home buying process: educate buyers, collect and prepare application documentation, liaise with all parties, manage file details through closing, prepare closing packages, and provide frequent updates to sales team and manager to ensure accurate, timely closings.

Provide HR and office administrative support including employee onboarding, benefits and records administration, general clerical tasks, and day-to-day office operations to support team members and company programs.
