Support delivery of regional water and wastewater projects by enabling emergency and planned works, reporting progress, analysing risks and costs, leading root-cause analysis, ensuring governance and H&S compliance, and liaising with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain Dynamic System Plans for water assets, gather and analyse data, lead stakeholder workshops, identify risks and root causes, propose investment solutions, support regulatory planning (WRMP, PR19/PR29) and ensure safe operation of assets.

Lead refurbishment projects for water storage points across Rutland, Northampton and Bedford. Oversee full project lifecycle including risk management, programme coordination, cost control, stakeholder engagement, health & safety compliance, contract management and site supervision to ensure technical and operational standards are met.

Plan, develop and deliver water and wastewater capital projects. Provide engineering solutions, perform root cause analysis and optioneering, ensure H&S and CDM compliance, manage budgets, support site supervision and produce required project documentation.

Lead platform strategy and delivery for hybrid infrastructure, oversee SRE, uptime and observability, embed automation and IaC, manage and develop engineering managers and teams, build relationships with Architecture/Security/Product and partners, and drive DevOps-led continuous improvement and operational resilience.
