Lead and develop the accounting team while assisting the CFO with department direction. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, cash monitoring, tax and payroll support, budget assistance, and divisional business reviews. Drive process improvements and automation, ensure GAAP compliance, manage insurer payables, support audits, and collaborate cross-functionally on accounting-related issues.
