Provide administrative and account support for personal insurance clients: issue ID cards, process coverage evidence, prepare renewals, update account records in agency management software, assist client communications, and support team workflow while obtaining licensing and building insurance knowledge.

Manage a complex book of commercial insurance accounts, coordinate service plans with producers, handle renewals and negotiations, prepare proposals/certificates/endorsements, invoice premium transactions, maintain electronic account files, liaise with clients and carriers, ensure compliance and reduce E&O exposure, and pursue ongoing insurance education.
