Coordinates electrical engineering projects across offshore drilling rigs, from planning and technical clarification through execution, commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out. Reviews technical documentation, supports procurement and vendors, manages risks and schedules, coordinates stakeholders, troubleshoots electrical and automation systems, and supports modifications, upgrades, reactivation, recertification, and operational readiness activities. The role requires offshore or marine project experience, strong safety and compliance awareness, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Support design, administration, and governance of global compensation programs. Perform advanced compensation analyses, maintain Workday/HRIS data integrity, participate in market surveys, recommend pay actions, support annual merit/bonus/equity cycles, and coordinate cross-functionally on expatriate and international compensation issues within the energy and drilling industry.

Provides strategic HR readiness and mobilization support for international and complex projects. Conducts location assessments, researches labor laws and work permits, coordinates manning agencies, supports HR start-ups, develops workforce plans and budgets, maintains compliance documentation, contributes to tenders, tracks readiness reporting, and supports audits. Partners with Rig HR teams, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. International travel may be required.

Support installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of subsea well control equipment (BOP stacks, control pods, hydraulic/multiplex systems). Perform inspections, pressure and function tests, maintain logs, assist ROV operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with rig teams, and participate in planning and after-action reviews. Rotational offshore role (28/28).

Leads process safety, risk management, Safety Case development, hazard assessments, barrier management, regulatory compliance, and assurance activities for high-hazard offshore operations. Facilitates HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, and QRA studies; oversees safety-critical elements and performance standards; supports inspections and management of change; and advises senior stakeholders. Also drives safety training, digital safety improvements, organizational learning, and a strong major-accident-prevention culture.

Implement and maintain OT security across on-premises and cloud environments: assess controls, review network device installs, test and upgrade defenses, respond to incidents, advise projects, and train staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support development and governance of accounting policies and internal control framework. Draft and maintain policy documentation, support SOX compliance, monitor control execution, create tools and guidance for control owners, assist with technical accounting memos and audit coordination, and support external reporting as needed.

Lead offshore workforce readiness planning, manage succession pools, recommend internal mobility and deployment, forecast ramp-up/down staffing needs, produce analytics and readiness reporting, and partner with HR and operations to mitigate workforce risks and ensure continuity.

Senior Internal Auditor responsible for executing risk-based assurance activities, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.

Assist the Driller in rig operations, including equipment monitoring, maintenance, safety compliance, and training of less experienced personnel.
