Leads NWACC’s emerging technology education and workforce portfolio, translating employer needs into credit and non-credit programs, credentials, customized training, and career pathways. Oversees curriculum development, partnerships, faculty, budgets, grants, equipment, operations, assessment, and student employment outcomes across advanced technology areas including AI, robotics, automation, electronics, and semiconductors. Builds employer and education partnerships, supports recruitment and retention, monitors technology trends, and may teach up to nine credit hours per semester.

Coordinate and schedule non-academic facility use at the Washington County campus, manage event logistics and vendor relations, maintain Ad Astra and customer records, prepare contracts and reports, support AV/IT needs during events, and provide customer service including evening or weekend event coverage.

Support fundraising activities including donor solicitation and stewardship, event planning and execution, alumni and corporate relations, direct mail/email campaigns, donor database management (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT), communications and marketing materials, website and social media management, and liaison work with campus departments to support advancement and Foundation goals.

Manage and support locally administered academic technology infrastructure for classrooms and labs, including networks, servers, virtualization/VDI, local cloud, AI-supporting resources, and learning platforms. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot outages and hardware/software issues, perform approved web updates, maintain documentation, and coordinate with faculty, IT teams, and vendors to implement and improve instructional technology solutions. Provide on-site building and campus IT support.

Provide administrative leadership for the Dean’s division, managing office operations, faculty relations, scheduling (Workday/Ad Astra), budgets, records, constituent communications, and frontline student and community support. Prepare reports, maintain operational and financial documentation, supervise student workers, and coordinate projects and events to support division goals and compliance with college policies and FERPA.

Coordinate digital accessibility compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA for academic content and instructional technologies. Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and campus teams to review, remediate, and implement accessible materials in Canvas and other LMS platforms. Provide training, guidance, audits, and use accessibility tools and reports to track remediation and promote inclusive course design.

Provide frontline student support across admissions, records, and onboarding. Respond via phone, front desk, email, and text; process student records; refer resources; support recruitment events and outreach; maintain procedures, collect service data, and participate in continuous learning and team rotations.

Oversees community testing operations including scheduling and proctoring exams, managing testing software and records, supporting placement assessments, training staff, ensuring testing security and compliance, handling transactions and customer service, and performing administrative office management tasks.
