The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a pleasant environment.

Design and develop instructor-led, self-paced, and technology-based training materials and curricula. Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations, collaborate with SMEs, revise curricula, and support training coordination and audits. Use adult learning principles, project management, and presentation/facilitation skills to improve learning effectiveness.

Drive new business and manage existing accounts for group sales, catering, and meeting space bookings. Coordinate events from inquiry through execution, manage budgets, contracts, staffing, and logistics, build client relationships, train catering staff, and work with internal teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Frequent travel and flexible hours required.

Provide administrative support including entering daily sales reports, data entry, new-hire orientation and housing coordination, maintaining supplies and employee items, attending events and trainings, and performing general office duties while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.
