Manage and grow relationships with existing Cox Business clients through consultative selling. Upsell and cross-sell cloud, managed services, data connectivity, voice, and TV solutions. Prospect new business, maintain pipeline and forecast data, handle contract renewals and negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction. Hybrid role with minimal travel (approx. 5%).

Review and investigate vehicle sale claims per company policy. Coordinate with internal teams, validate documentation, negotiate resolutions, apply financial approval limits, communicate outcomes, maintain case files, and escalate complex issues to management.

Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for a business unit. Develop executable pricing strategies, models, and analytics; partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and GMs; coordinate with Product/IT to ensure implementable solutions; drive discounting, rebate strategies, market testing, and executive-level pricing discussions to improve revenue and EBITDA.

Coordinate vehicle sale processes and client accounts at auction sites, inspect and estimate reconditioning, approve services, perform condition report and imaging audits, resolve client issues, educate clients on auction processes, upsell services, and ensure safety and SLA compliance. Role is primarily outdoor with some administrative duties.

Manage internal and external relationships and coordinate end-to-end auction operations. Enter and maintain vehicle and pricing data (AS/400), verify titles/documents, prepare sale notifications, reconcile bills and post-sale invoicing, investigate inventory/report errors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth auction processes.

Serve as primary account liaison for auction clients, resolve client issues, coordinate vehicle sale and reconditioning processes, audit condition reports and imaging, upsell Manheim/CAI services, and maintain client SLAs while communicating with internal auction teams.

Process and audit invoices, perform VMRS coding and costing, handle PO line inquiries and provider communications, index invoices into workflow, process rebills, and mark invoices complete. Provide support for billing department tasks and handle overflow calls.

Lead and coordinate large Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver software value. Facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs and ALM tool data integrity, resolve impediments, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate major releases, collect metrics/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across teams and ARTs while aligning delivery to company strategy.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain small-to-medium business customers by resolving issues, negotiating offers, securing renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities. Assist with billing inquiries, troubleshoot service/pricing problems, manage sales orders with support teams, and provide customer insights to marketing.

Manage a $100M+ vehicle portfolio across Central/West territory, optimize resale decisioning and pricing, oversee operational workflow at auction locations, train auction staff, inspect vehicles, analyze market data, and travel frequently to maximize recovery and minimize losses.
