Build and maintain customer relationships, support Account Managers, identify new sales opportunities, promote products, solve customer problems, conduct joint sales calls, maintain customer crib inventory, and occasionally make deliveries. Collaborates with customers, suppliers, sales, and project teams, participates in customer-site activities and training, and follows engineering, safety, and documentation standards.

Supports industrial automation initiatives and customer-focused projects while shadowing product specialists, visiting customer sites, completing product training, and assisting with proof-of-concept and application development activities. Collaborates with internal teams, develops technical and problem-solving skills, presents project outcomes, and gains exposure to automation products, customer solutions, and cross-functional business operations.

Supports industrial automation sales initiatives through job shadowing, customer site visits, technical solution development, demonstrations, trade shows, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern builds technical expertise, learns sales strategies, assists customers and internal teams, and participates in training and professional development activities.

Supports industrial automation engineering projects through application research, product selection, estimation, BOM development, technical documentation, configuration, programming, testing, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support. The intern collaborates with engineering, sales, suppliers, and customers while learning automation systems, controls, integration, safety practices, and project processes. Overnight travel to customer sites may be required.

Supports project coordination for electrical distribution, lighting, and gear projects. Responsibilities include shadowing project teams, assisting with customer solutions and design processes, attending training and industry events, supporting event setup, completing administrative tasks, and traveling to customer sites. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams and gains exposure to project management, engineering, automation, robotics, and information technology careers.
