Lead technical strategy and delivery for IRC's program-facing AI portfolio. Manage and grow an engineering and applied-AI team, design and ship agentic systems, predictive analytics, and diagnostics for low-resource settings, oversee Azure-based high-availability architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, security and cost optimization, and partner closely with program leaders and frontier AI organizations to scale responsible, safe AI solutions.

Develop a strategic roadmap for IRC engagement with the EU Global Gateway and innovative finance mechanisms in fragile contexts. Responsibilities include mapping opportunities, geographies, EU institutions, DFIs, and consortium partners; producing 3–5 donor-ready concept notes; and designing and facilitating a capacity-building workshop for IRC teams. The consultant will translate complex EU financing architecture into practical guidance and funding opportunities for humanitarian and development programs.

Supports major-giving officers by managing high-net-worth donor and prospect portfolios, coordinating cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, communications, proposals, reports, budgets, and donor meetings. Maintains Salesforce records, payment documentation, portfolio assignments, and donor communications while collaborating with prospect research, analytics, operations, and global program teams. The role also manages information flows, approval processes, stewardship deadlines, and special administrative projects in support of fundraising relationships.

Drives AI adoption across IRC’s global operations by identifying and prioritizing use cases, defining requirements, coordinating development, supporting testing and deployment, redesigning workflows, and leading sustained user adoption. The role manages an AI opportunity pipeline, measures impact, develops training and communications, supports end users, and scales successful solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions.

Support CLS attorneys with legal and factual research, client interviews, drafting declarations, immigration applications (Asylum, SIJS, T/U visas), preparing for court/custody proceedings, maintaining case files and records, and performing administrative tasks while observing confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Supports DOJ-accredited legal representatives with immigration cases involving naturalization, adjustment of status, and family reunification. Provides client information, gathers documents, assists with applications, responds to USCIS and DOS correspondence, maintains case files and reports, schedules appointments, supports outreach events, and manages volunteer or intern assistance. Requires strong organization, communication skills, English and professional Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and commitment to immigrant rights.

Lead fundraising, donor cultivation, and external engagement across Georgia and Florida. Manage resource development staff, drive major gifts and pipeline strategy, oversee proposals, events, communications, and partnership-building while collaborating with program and headquarters teams to grow revenue and visibility.

Support the Development Team with storytelling, donor communications, prospecting, grant tracking, event support, fundraising analytics, and administrative tasks to help grow private fundraising and donor engagement for IRC NYNJ.

Design, launch, and scale a statewide workforce development program in Montana: develop services, policies, intake and data systems; recruit and case-manage participants; build employer, workforce board, and community partnerships; secure public and grant funding; hire and manage staff; track outcomes and expand geographically through regular travel.
