Provides part-time civil and criminal legal counsel for Provo City, including prosecuting misdemeanors and infractions, reviewing cases and complaints, drafting legal documents, coordinating with agencies, representing the City in court, and preparing pleadings and appellate materials.

Plans, schedules, implements, and evaluates recreational special events. Develops registration materials and policies, maintains event schedules, monitors performance, gathers participant feedback, posts event updates, creates branded digital and print materials, manages social media content, and supervises volunteers. The role also assists staff and the public during events and requires outdoor work, public interaction, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
