Provides administrative support to nursing school associate deans by managing calendars, communications, meetings, committees, events, faculty appointments, onboarding, partnerships, records, purchasing, reimbursements, and fiscal transactions. Coordinates outreach, professional development, and inclusive excellence initiatives while handling confidential information and maintaining relationships with faculty, staff, students, clinical affiliates, and community partners.

Role requires frequent local travel and variable hours (nights/weekends).

Lead enterprise prospect intelligence and pipeline optimization for university fundraising. Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies, manage two staff, partner with advancement and technology teams, and drive prospecting methodology innovation and policy.

Support the Planning, Budget, and Analysis Office by conducting budget/accounting review, reconciliations, and financial analyses. Prepare financial reports, develop state and self-supporting budgets, monitor fiscal-year budgets, assist with position management, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead complex or special projects for strategic planning and decision-making.

Performs independent professional HR functions for a geographically dispersed workforce, including classification and compensation reviews, recruitment, employee relations, accommodations, workforce development, policy interpretation, and regulatory compliance. Advises supervisors, resolves personnel matters, recommends corrective actions, manages sensitive data, and supervises a Personnel Technician 2. Ensures accurate and consistent HR processes across varied funding structures and institutional, state, and federal requirements.
