The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing accounting functions for multiple winery entities, including accounts payable, receivable, vendor management, and financial reporting support, while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Support Trust Officers with trust administration, account onboarding/terminations, asset transfers, reconciliation, shadow accounting, and reporting. Coordinate with custody, accounting, and investment teams, resolve exceptions, ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, and maintain accurate client data across systems.
