The Weather Forecaster/Observer provides accurate weather forecasts and briefings for aviation and shipping, tracks weather conditions, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards while working in extreme environments.

Provide mid-level Windows/Linux systems administration and virtualization support (Nutanix). Maintain configuration baselines, apply and validate patches per IAVA/TCNO/NOTAM, manage service accounts/directory services, troubleshoot systems, support test/dev environments, document configurations, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Oversee and govern the technical configuration baseline for Air Force Financial Management systems. Lead change control, auditing, and status accounting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers. Ensure configuration consistency across environments, support patch and vulnerability remediation (IAVA/TCNO/NOTAM), manage documentation, and collaborate with engineering, system administration, and cybersecurity teams to maintain configuration integrity and compliance.

Manage migrations, connectors, pipeline automation, governance, security documentation, and stakeholder coordination to optimize enterprise automation and ensure compliance.

Administer and support Windows/Linux servers and network devices, apply STIGs, monitor security logs, perform incident response, provide Tier 1/2 user support (VTC, account resets), maintain backups and disaster recovery, and ensure system compliance and availability in a secure environment.

Build governance, processes, CONOPs, and training; ensure compliance with DoDI 4000.19 and DoD financial/reimbursable procedures; coordinate across DoD stakeholders; manage governance, audit readiness, and financial instruments; deliver executive briefings and knowledge transfer to enable sustainable office operations.

Lead full lifecycle technical projects for government customers: plan, schedule, budget, staff, and deliver contract requirements. Manage employee relations, oversee IT program work, prepare cost proposals/RFP responses, enforce certifications and security clearance requirements, and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.

Provide onsite administrative support to FAA staff at MMAC: prepare multimedia and training materials, manage scheduling and enrollment, coordinate video/teleconferences, transcribe and distribute recordings/minutes, track project tasks, assist with travel and timekeeping, and maintain SOPs. Requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of transcription tools.

Support OCR by processing and resolving civil rights and privacy complaints, drafting case notes and closure letters, performing high-volume data entry, managing uploads/downloads to client portals, maintaining organized electronic records and audit trails, updating tracking systems, and supporting triagers and team leads. Follow SOPs and compliance standards; HIPAA and nondiscrimination knowledge preferred. Must obtain and maintain required customer clearance.

Provide paralegal support to HHS OCR by processing and resolving privacy and civil rights complaints, drafting case notes and closure letters, managing client portals and case documentation, performing high-volume data entry, maintaining electronic records and tracking systems, supporting triagers and team leads, and following SOPs and compliance standards (HIPAA and nondiscrimination preferred).
