Remote Business Analyst supporting a government agency to gather, analyze, and document requirements, define functional/non-functional needs for data integration and interoperability, collaborate with development teams through SDLC and Agile, support UAT, and ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the stand-up and operation of a Support Agreement Management Office within ASA (FM&C). Build governance, processes, CONOPs, and training to ensure DoDI 4000.19 compliance; coordinate with DoD stakeholders, manage financial instruments, deliver executive briefings, and enable audit readiness.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting readouts, and maintain records and correspondence control. Liaise with external stakeholders, monitor classified correspondence, update web content, and develop office SOPs.

Perform systems and network security assessments (compliance audits and vulnerability assessments), support certification and accreditation activities, validate security requirements, assist Security Test and Evaluation, review system audits and track corrective actions, and support policy implementation and mitigation processes.

Design, implement, and document secure, scalable cloud solutions for DoD environments. Advise on cloud adoption, evaluate CSP changes, ensure cyber compliance, engage with CSPs/DISA, and support cloud authorization and testing.

Administer and optimize JAMF Pro for enterprise macOS device provisioning, application deployment, policy and compliance management, identity integrations, scripting automation, reporting, and Tier II/III support while aligning with federal cybersecurity standards.

Administer, deploy, and maintain MECM environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). Manage software packaging/deployment, OS deployment, patching, endpoint compliance, and integrations with Intune. Provide Tier II/III support, automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor MECM health, and support federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Coordinate secure transport, handling, and accountability of classified and sensitive materials. Maintain chain-of-custody and transportation documentation, track movements, support routing and dispatch, liaise with government/security stakeholders, assist inventory and GFM accountability, and support surge/contingency operations in high-tempo environments.
