Supports the Deputy National Coordinator for Health Information Technology with daily administrative operations, scheduling, records management, presentations, travel coordination, event planning, data review, gap analysis, and urgent projects. Manages sensitive information, competing priorities, and communications with diverse stakeholders while exercising sound judgment, maintaining professionalism, and driving assignments to completion independently and collaboratively.

Conducts surface and upper-air weather observations at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. Records, transmits, and archives METAR, SPECI, synoptic, and radiosonde data according to federal, DoD, and WMO guidelines. Prepares and tracks weather balloons, supports forecast preparation and aviation briefings, maintains equipment and documentation, and follows safety and quality procedures in extreme conditions. Requires prior aviation weather observation and Antarctic experience, medical qualification, a U.S. passport, and eligibility for a T1 government clearance.

Provides analytical, organizational, and operational support to executive decision-making within the Defense Health Agency. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis, develops executive reports, dashboards, briefings, and strategic communications, tracks actions and staffing requirements, supports policy and governance documentation, coordinates reviews, and manages stakeholder relationships. The role requires expertise with the Military Health System and Defense Health Agency, executive task management, data visualization, and classified information access.

Conduct technical security assessments and risk assessments for complex information systems under NIST RMF guidelines. Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the DHC Office by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, stakeholder communications, taskers, records, executive materials, protocol requirements, and meeting logistics. Supports General Officer or SES-level executives and DHA or comparable Department of War headquarters organizations while maintaining classified-information access and coordinating executive engagements.

Provides administrative and technical support for personnel security programs, including investigation requests, fingerprint reviews, adjudication support, position risk assessments, separations, database consistency reviews, and regulatory compliance. Advises stakeholders on personnel security processes, researches laws and policies, maintains procedures and training materials, delivers training, prepares reports, and supports special projects. The role requires proficiency with federal personnel security systems and the ability to obtain Tier 3 Secret access.

Lead and execute strategic engagement plans to build relationships with DoD and other stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact, manage engagement rosters and reporting, develop communications strategies, advocate through presentations and written materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement activities with organizational objectives.

Coordinates FAA, vendors, and stakeholders; advises customers; facilitates meetings; tracks decisions and deliverables; and prepares executive and congressional briefings. Requires Public Trust eligibility, PMBOK-based project management, budget experience, extensive relevant experience, onsite FAA meetings, and at least 40% travel.

Provides first-response IT help desk support for federal agency users, troubleshooting Windows desktops, hardware, software, email, directories, printers, and customer applications. Logs and researches tickets, resolves routine issues, escalates complex problems, supports installations and application testing, develops documentation and training materials, assists users with applications, and monitors customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, customer service, organization, and teamwork skills.
