Partners with CRO managers, designers, analysts, product management, and IT/QA while improving experimentation processes and tooling.

Partners with commercial and sales leadership to evaluate performance, pricing, contract economics, customer profitability, forecasts, budgets, and strategic opportunities. Builds financial models, business cases, reports, and presentations for senior leadership while providing actionable insights on trends, risks, margins, and profitable growth. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance and leads ad hoc commercial finance projects.

Monitors NPS, reviews, complaints, and service recovery; identifies performance gaps; partners with field leaders on improvement plans; drives adoption of CX initiatives, technology, training, and standards; conducts location reviews; and coaches frontline and district leaders to improve service outcomes and accountability.
