Lead automation and electrical engineering initiatives across North America, focusing on project management, technical guidance, and optimizing systems in aggregates and asphalt operations.

Lead regional procurement for goods, services, and capital projects. Develop and execute category strategies, negotiate contracts, enforce procurement policies, drive S2P improvements and digital adoption (SAP/Ariba), support supplier performance, coach buyers, and partner with operations and project teams.
