An internship with Heidelberg Materials is a unique experience. What You'll Be Doing
- Support financial reporting and performance analysis across business units
- Assist in cash flow modeling and forecasting activities
- Contribute to finance due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business insights
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
What Are We Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, data-driven work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate across teams.
- Interest in business operations and financial analysis, with a desire to understand key performance drivers.
