Provides administrative and client service support for high-net-worth wealth management clients. Coordinates requests among clients, advisors, and internal teams; manages documentation, account maintenance, meetings, workflows, and follow-ups; tracks requests in Salesforce; organizes statements, tax forms, reports, and portfolio information; supports prospecting data, account opening, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Coordinates learning and development programs, including calendars, communications, materials, logistics, vendor relationships, project plans, and outcome measurement. Supports Corient’s Analyst and Associate Training Program by coordinating curriculum, leaders, mentors, participants, and external partners. Supports wealth advisors serving high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients by preparing financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analyses, and client meeting materials. Gathers client data, coordinates service execution, documents action items, provides observations to lead advisors, and oversees simple projects. The role also involves developing financial planning and investment expertise, attending networking events, and building community and professional relationships.

Provides onsite and remote deskside support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, laptops, and mobile devices. Installs, repairs, maintains, and upgrades workstations; manages IT hardware inventory and shipping; documents incidents in ITSM systems; escalates critical issues; and collaborates across teams to resolve complex problems. The role requires onsite work four days weekly, occasional after-hours support, and up to 10% travel.

Designs and architects scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, develops advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and integrations, and leads platform security, governance, DevOps, and release practices. Mentors engineers, conducts design reviews, resolves complex production issues, partners with business and technical stakeholders, and provides technical roadmaps and implementation recommendations.

The role requires accurate data entry, Excel proficiency, accounting-system experience, strong organization, communication, and independent work. It is onsite four days per week and supports personal CFO and family office services.

Performs bookkeeping, accounts payable, vendor maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, 1099 processing, and financial reporting for high-net-worth clients. Maintains accurate client records, processes applications and invoices, responds to client requests, and supports accounting activities involving personal assets. The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting-system experience, attention to detail, organization, and effective communication.

Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new wealth management clients and accounts, including account setup, paperwork, signatures, asset transfers, ACATs, rollovers, and wires. Coordinate with clients, client service specialists, custodians, and internal teams to gather information, resolve questions, and complete onboarding accurately and on time.

Supports wealth management advisors by preparing client presentation materials, financial planning analyses, projections, budgets, and estate planning summaries. Reviews and researches financial planning topics, organizes client documents, assists with customized planning templates, and contributes to firm initiatives. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and multitasking skills, along with basic knowledge of financial planning, investments, insurance, estate planning, and taxes.
