Leads AIA Investment Management’s Analytics and Automation function, managing developers and delivering scalable data pipelines, dashboards, reporting, workflow automation, and technology solutions. Provides technical leadership, architecture standards, stakeholder partnership, governance, security, audit readiness, and operational control improvements supporting investment infrastructure and governance processes.

Collects, consolidates, cleans, transforms, and validates investment data from multiple sources. Coordinates with data owners, technology teams, stakeholders, and external providers; performs ETL and data quality checks; investigates discrepancies; maintains data dictionaries, lineage records, issue logs, and process documentation; and supports analytics and reporting activities.

Leads investment marketing across 18 AIA markets, driving growth in unit-linked funds, pension, and collective investment products. Responsibilities include product innovation, marketing strategy, sales enablement, training initiatives, fund factsheets, pitchbooks, investor education, market updates, events, and competitor analysis. The role coordinates marketing infrastructure and collateral, supports local business units, presents to large audiences, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to grow assets under management.

Supports accounting and finance operations across record-to-report, accounts payable, procurement, and treasury. Responsibilities include bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal posting, invoice processing, staff claims, vendor master data, supplier enablement, contract documentation, cash-flow forecasting, liquidity reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The intern will work with SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, and cross-functional stakeholders while developing practical business and industry knowledge.

Leads independent investment risk reporting and quantitative analytics, focusing on derivatives. Responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, analyzing Greeks, DV01, tracking error, collateral, liquidity, value-at-risk, and credit risk, onboarding instruments and hedging programs, validating pricing, overseeing outsourced back-office providers, and communicating risk findings to stakeholders.

Oversee AIA Investment Management’s operational risk function through framework development, RCSAs, risk monitoring, incident investigation, control assessments, regulatory compliance, and governance reporting. Provide independent second-line oversight across outsourcing, third-party, business continuity, cyber, technology, and investment-related risks. Partner with business units, auditors, regulators, senior management, and the Board to strengthen controls, drive remediation, maintain risk data integrity, and promote a strong risk culture.

Performs general accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, transaction analysis, budgeting and forecasting, statutory reporting, variance analysis, and accounting project documentation.

Prepares statutory, group, local, and regulatory financial reports, financial statements, audit schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and control certifications. Supports internal and external audits, resolves reporting discrepancies, maintains accounting documentation, and coordinates with finance stakeholders across entities and regions. The role also contributes to process improvement, UAT, month-end closing, regulatory submissions, and guidance for junior team members.

Supports Group and local financial and management reporting, including consolidation, analysis, quality review, process improvements, controls, and responses to reporting queries. Ensures business-unit submissions comply with Group standards and reporting procedures. Maintains process manuals, control checklists, and training materials while supporting system and process enhancements across a multinational, regionally oriented environment.
