Leads investment marketing across 18 AIA markets, driving growth in unit-linked funds, pension, and collective investment products. Responsibilities include product innovation, marketing strategy, sales enablement, training initiatives, fund factsheets, pitchbooks, investor education, market updates, events, and competitor analysis. The role coordinates marketing infrastructure and collateral, supports local business units, presents to large audiences, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to grow assets under management.

Manage finance-related business transition and transformation projects from demand intake through delivery. Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, coordinating resources, monitoring schedules and progress, identifying efficiency opportunities, reporting cost or quality deviations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project governance, gate reviews, post-audits, and quality control.

Leads tactical asset allocation research across global macroeconomic markets, asset classes, sectors, and regions. Develops quantitative tools, converts research into investment recommendations, communicates portfolio views to senior stakeholders, and advances the use of data analytics, technology, and AI in investment decision-making.

Partner with Investment, Operations and Corporate teams to identify process inefficiencies, strengthen operational due diligence and outsourcing governance, drive targeted improvement initiatives, maintain KPIs and dashboards, support COO communications and talent planning, coordinate audits/regulatory activities, and prepare executive reporting to enhance operational resilience and effectiveness.

The Portfolio Manager will design, model, and manage derivatives-based strategies, oversee cross-asset portfolios, and enhance derivatives analytics to optimize risk-managed returns for AIA's stakeholders.

Provides accounts payable finance operations for AIA companies across Asia Pacific. Processes invoices through Ariba and SAP using three-way matching, handles staff claims and payments, resolves vendor and requester queries, prepares AP reports, investigates invoice exceptions and GRIR items, completes month-end reconciliations, follows accounting policies and internal controls, and supports KPI reporting under agreed service levels.

Support insurance and reinsurance accounting by recording transactions in SAP, performing reconciliations, supporting month‑end close, preparing IFRS 17/4 reporting and variance analysis, maintaining controls and documentation, assisting audits, and contributing to process improvements and UAT.

Perform investment accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, investment reporting, and financial statement preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support investment operations, help develop accounting policies, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical datasets, data models, ETL workflows, and Power BI dashboards to support investment, front/middle office reporting, KPI monitoring, and automation. Ensure data quality, implement validation controls, build Python automation, and support AI-enabled analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams for testing, documentation, and delivery of analytical data products.

The Portfolio Manager will manage Private Credit portfolios, implement investment strategies, conduct due diligence, monitor investments, and mentor team analysts.
