Provide expert technical consulting to evaluate, design, and implement enterprise technology and infrastructure solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, recommend improvements, support disaster recovery and replication, administer Windows Server, manage IHS VistA Imaging call center, and participate in 24x7 help desk coverage while preparing documentation and presentations for organizational strategies.
