Senior Network Engineer provides high-level design, installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of LAN/WLAN/WAN for DoD/DHA facilities, leads network specialists, uses tools like SolarWinds and Ansible, implements security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS), and authors network standards and documentation.

Serve as senior CONUS network SME supporting DoD/DHA medical networks: design, install, configure, document, manage and troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN/WAN infrastructures, lead network specialists, implement security (firewalls, VPN, IDS), use tools like SolarWinds/ARMIS/Ansible, and develop standards and procedures to ensure mission readiness and high performance.

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions (LWC, Apex, Flows, OmniScripts, integrations) to support PMO operations; build reports/dashboards, configure Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, perform UAT/QA, and support data models, security, and email/notification automation per Government direction.

Manage full project life cycle to deliver scope, schedule, cost, quality and contract compliance. Lead project teams and subcontractors, develop plans and risk mitigations, manage budgets/invoices, stakeholder communications, staffing, subcontract SOWs, and closeout activities. Designs, implements, and manages enterprise cloud Power Automate solutions using Dataverse, Azure, and Dynamics 365. Supports design, deployment, maintenance, migrations, connector development, governance of large Dataverse environments, security documentation for ATO, and stakeholder coordination.

Process and prepare contract-specific invoices using multiple government invoicing systems, verify calculations, coordinate approvals with program managers, perform AR analyses and reconciliations, assist with month-end, contract closeouts, audits, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Lead and manage multiple government contract programs across the full project lifecycle. Oversee personnel, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, risk, compliance, and customer communications. Act as primary government point-of-contact, ensure contractual compliance, develop PM artifacts (WBS, plans, risk/change/financial tools), mentor project managers, support business development, and coordinate with HR, finance, contracts, and legal to meet program objectives.
