Provide HIPAA privacy and security subject-matter expertise to OCR: review breaches and complaints, evaluate technical submissions (pen tests, vuln assessments, forensics), perform risk analyses, develop technical reports and recommendations, and advise on NIST/ISO/HIPAA-based security controls and incident response.
