Provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership and teams: prepares reports and presentations, manages files/databases, schedules meetings and travel, coordinates events, handles expense reporting and invoicing, takes minutes, supports research and project logistics, maintains confidentiality and compliance, and obtains required customer clearance for access to systems and facilities.

Manage and coordinate full project life-cycle for FDA OFPR within an enterprise IT environment. Develop project plans, schedules, WBS, and timelines; track progress, risks, and deliverables; facilitate meetings and produce reports. Ensure scope, schedule, quality, and federal regulatory compliance while coordinating technical teams and government leadership.

Plan and execute manual and automated testing for Health IT and interoperability solutions. Develop comprehensive test approaches, integrate automated tests into CI/CD, validate integrations, cloud-hosted Azure apps, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, USCDI), accessibility, security, and federal requirements while collaborating across the SDLC.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and senior leaders, managing complex travel, calendars, communications, documents, financial reconciliation, office operations, VIP reception, emergency coordination, and confidential matters while identifying process improvements.
