Manage day-to-day HR functions and end-to-end payroll processing for Casa Imports & Fornino Foods. Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, timesheet review, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, compliance (I-9, labor law postings, DOT), employee relations, performance support, recordkeeping, reporting, and special HR projects. Ensure timely payroll, maintain personnel files/HRIS, and support workplace safety and interdepartmental communication.
