The Operations Coordinator role involves providing administrative and operational support, coordinating communication, scheduling events, budgeting, and project management across different departments.

Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including weekly cash/check counts and deposits, donor acknowledgements, purchase orders, invoice processing, check printing, 1099/W9 handling, creating giving reports, reconciliations, and serving as backup for AR/AP while assisting the Finance Director on projects and attending staff meetings.
