Oversee documentation, collateral perfection (mortgages, UCC filings), QA, disbursements, and coordination with counsel, title/escrow, underwriters and clients. Act as player-coach performing closings and post-closing tasks, train staff on program requirements, prepare reports, and support customer retention and communication.

Manage and resolve troubled commercial, real estate, and SBA-guaranteed loans through workouts, restructurings, liquidations, foreclosure, and OREO disposition. Lead borrower negotiations, collaborate with counsel, analyze collateral and credit, prepare litigation and charge-off actions, monitor bankruptcies, and ensure SBA compliance while maximizing recoveries and minimizing loss exposure.

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, defining testing strategies and improving processes for fintech products, ensuring quality and compliance.
