Conducts complex criminal, juvenile, and dependency investigations for public defenders: locates and interviews clients and witnesses, gathers and processes evidence (including electronic), interprets forensic reports, prepares investigative reports, serves subpoenas, testifies in court, and uses social media and databases for case development.

Provide complex administrative, financial, and operational support to the County Attorney's Office: coordinate administrative processes, assist with budgeting/accounting, manage records and reports, support projects, oversee contracts/purchasing/IGAs, and coordinate facility and internal services.

Assist in legal representation in various criminal and civil cases, conducting research, preparing documents, and engaging in litigation. Requires Juris Doctorate and Arizona Bar admission.

The Attorney II manages complex criminal and civil cases, provides legal counsel, prepares legal documents, engages in litigation, and advises county officials on various legal matters.

Maintain and support county ERP financial, budgeting, and work management systems: manage user security and configurations, reconcile financial data, troubleshoot and collaborate on system enhancements, lead testing, produce reports, train end users, work with vendors, and recommend process improvements to ensure data integrity and reliable system performance.

Support administration and management of county contracts: prepare solicitations (RFP/ITB/RFQ), evaluate bids, develop scopes of work, coordinate negotiations, maintain contract files, monitor performance and budgets, assist with invoice/payment tracking, resolve contract issues, and generate reports for management.
