Provides specialized administrative support for Pima County’s Housing Center and community assistance programs. Responsibilities include reception, public inquiries, resource referrals, contracts and agreements, budget and expenditure oversight, research, reporting, compliance monitoring, purchasing, personnel and payroll support, database management, and coordination with management and community stakeholders. The role serves vulnerable populations and requires accurate, compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Analyzes and monitors departmental operating, capital, and grant budgets; prepares forecasts, financial reports, reconciliations, and recommendations. Provides budget guidance, manages financial-system access and workflows, troubleshoots and tests system enhancements, maintains chart-of-account elements, monitors spending, performs cost-benefit analyses, and verifies inventory controls. Leads the Specialty Courts and Justice Reform Bureau within the Criminal Division. Supervises attorneys and support staff, manages case assignments and court schedules, handles complex legal matters and appearances, develops prosecution policies, advises law enforcement, evaluates performance, investigates complaints, and advances diversion, deflection, restorative justice, and specialty court programs. Oversees grant-funded initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, operational improvements, and legal compliance.

Support county budgeting and financial analysis: develop and administer annual budgets, prepare forecasts, perform revenue/expenditure forecasting and financial impact analyses, monitor budget and CIP performance, analyze contracts and legislation impacts, design forecasting models, and assist with budgeting system development and tax-related duties.

Support departmental budgeting and financial analysis: compile and analyze financial data, prepare and correct journal entries, forecast revenue/expenditures, monitor contracts and CIP budgets, maintain budgeting systems, and assist senior staff with fiscal impact analyses and ad hoc reporting.

Creates and maintains complex database reports, data extracts, and Power BI dashboards for court staff and programs. Documents reporting requirements, analyzes business data needs, performs functional testing and validation, troubleshoots SQL and database issues, improves stored procedures, and supports report deployment. Collaborates with stakeholders and database administrators to develop reporting solutions and provides dashboard guidance to judicial staff.

Administers employee benefits and wellness programs for a large workforce, including data reconciliation, analysis, reporting, compliance, employee communications, presentations, audits, and training. Provides human resources guidance to employees, applicants, supervisors, and client departments; researches personnel issues, reviews actions for regulatory compliance, prepares reports, and supports benefits-related studies and projects.

Designs, implements, supports, and maintains court network, communications, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include capacity and disaster recovery planning, Office 365 and domain administration, virtual server management, network routing and IP address design, patching, backups, security procedures, outage root-cause analysis, performance tuning, technical documentation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and after-hours implementation support.

Coordinate and monitor grants-related database administration, quality control, compliance with federal regulations, training support, data analysis and reporting, and provide administrative and research support to the Grants Data Management division.

Provide technical assistance and administer grants programs for county departments, ensuring federal and local compliance. Coordinate program activities, monitor grants and contracts, prepare reports and budgets, develop training/materials, conduct analyses, and support grant applications and community engagement.
