Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Legal and Legal & Compliance team, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reconciliation, contract/document tracking, stakeholder coordination, and ad hoc administrative tasks. Enable inside sales via automated revenue workflows (HubSpot, RFP/Tender automation), operationalize ZoomInfo intent data, manage event attribution, and own lead-management data migrations and integrations for M&A projects.

Provide Tier 2 technical support as primary contact for customer incidents, triage and document issues, resolve known problems, escalate complex cases, create knowledge articles, improve workflows, collaborate across teams, and support 24x7 shift operations while maintaining security and compliance.

Develop and execute joint marketing programs with technology and reseller partners. Lead sales enablement materials, integrated solution collateral, partner onboarding, co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and marketing activations. Translate complex technical integrations and field results into customer-facing messaging, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, manage partner relationships, and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and market impact.

Owns technical requirements, system-level specifications, lifecycle management, and user experience for integrated tactical communications solutions. Translates defense and military use cases into product requirements, manages Agile backlogs and releases, evaluates technical trade-offs, and coordinates hardware, software, engineering, sales, and operations teams. Supports customer and defense integrator integrations, field testing, product adoption, and revenue growth. Requires expertise in RF systems, mesh networking, SDRs, MIMO architectures, and tactical systems integration, with up to 25% travel.
