Partner with engineering, design, sales, legal, agencies, and end users to improve mission-critical workflows, establish performance metrics, and embed privacy and responsible AI.

Lead and execute hardware test and validation for StreamCaster MANET products. Develop verification matrices, run bench tests, troubleshoot failures, design fixtures, calibrate equipment, review results, and recommend test strategy improvements. Provide test reports and occasionally travel locally.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for Motorola FLEX CAD, RMS, Mobile and Jail systems across the Central region. Build customer relationships, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, execute system/process changes, liaise with technical teams, and comply with CJIS background requirements.
