Define product strategy, roadmap, and features for complex hardware/software products. Document requirements, develop business cases, set specifications and acceptance criteria, analyze market and competition, manage releases, risks, and cross-functional launches, and support go-to-market and training activities.

Lead and oversee Motorola’s federal contracts and program teams, ensuring contract compliance, service delivery, budget management, risk mitigation, and high customer satisfaction. Manage engineering, project, and technical staff; coordinate onsite support, radio programming, sustainment, cybersecurity, and inventory services for federal customers.

Manage government service contracts and lifecycle service delivery for Georgia customers. Serve as single point of contact, drive renewals, forecasts, SOWs, vendor/subcontractor management, SLA compliance, upsell/cross-sell, and coordinate transitions from implementation to support.

Manage delivery of Motorola Solutions maintenance agreements by coordinating local service partners and customers, ensuring SLA response/restoration, diagnosing failures, leading escalations and emergency services, tracking service metrics, and identifying opportunities for system improvements and additional services.
