Design, develop, and commercialize mechanical equipment and processes in an R&D environment. Lead project execution from concept to implementation, perform testing and root-cause analysis, create CAD models/drawings, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensure compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement and troubleshooting.

Own and scale the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform and Copilot Studio. Define roadmap, governance, operating models, and best practices. Partner with Microsoft, vendors, IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to prioritize AI use cases, manage licenses, track adoption/ROI, ensure compliance and security, and drive user readiness. Lead intake and lifecycle management of Copilot agents, deliver insights to leadership, and enable scalable, responsible enterprise AI adoption.
