Manage Alcoa’s U.S. litigation portfolio across commercial, employment, environmental, regulatory, safety, and other disputes. Develop litigation strategies, advise business leaders, oversee outside counsel, manage discovery and investigations, prepare executive updates, support reserves and insurance matters, and coordinate cross-border legal work with global teams.

Leads casthouse process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, reliability, throughput, cost, and customer performance. Analyzes process and equipment data, resolves root causes, develops operating practices and process controls, and drives projects from concept through sustained implementation. Collaborate with production, maintenance, vendors, contractors, and engineers while producing technical documentation and promoting safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Participate in a two-year finance rotational program with six-month assignments in FP&A, financial accounting, internal audit, and treasury or investor relations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly close, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cash management, risk management, and investor communications. Analysts receive formal training, mentorship, and executive exposure before placement in a finance analyst role.

Supports engineering, programming, troubleshooting, integration, deployment, and lifecycle management of industrial automation and process control systems across global smelting operations. Applies electrical engineering and process control principles to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and uptime. Coordinates technical teams, manages deployment and modernization projects, ensures compliance with standards, and develops common solutions involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, and manufacturing systems.

Advises business, technology, and plant stakeholders on cybersecurity risks across IT and OT environments. Leads secure architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, control implementation, incident response planning, audits, compliance documentation, and policy improvements. Supports cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, AI governance, and industrial cybersecurity initiatives while aligning controls with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 frameworks.
