Lead U.S. federal, state, and international corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and intercompany coordination. Manage tax reporting, audits, tax accounting, cash tax forecasting, indirect tax compliance, and tax guidance for business initiatives, M&A, and incentives. Occasional travel and evening hours for international customers.

Lead profitable execution of a program portfolio, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, risk/opportunity management, budgets, staffing, cross-functional coordination, proposal development, and customer/prime relationships. Drive program milestones and ensure projects follow approved program management processes.

Design, integrate, test, and commission advanced air traffic management (ATM) systems. Lead small interdisciplinary teams, perform design analyses, generate technical documentation, engage customers, analyze system performance data, support proposals, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead systems engineering for safety-critical radar surveillance products: drive top-level design, requirements, system integration, stakeholder coordination, propose new capabilities, and support technical/cost proposals.
