Provides administrative, logistical, and communications support for fundraising and development activities. Coordinates event planning, budgets, timelines, guest lists, registration, vendors, sponsorships, donor materials, and post-event evaluation. Maintains donor data and development databases, creates marketing and stewardship materials, supports executive meeting preparation, and assists with donor communications. The role requires strong organization, communication, data-management, discretion, and project-coordination skills, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.

Lead design and execution of JCC Greater Bostons $3M annual JFund campaign: manage a 175-225 donor portfolio, build multi-channel solicitation and stewardship strategies, use CRM and data to forecast and report, partner on capital campaign preparation, and cultivate donor relationships to grow unrestricted and restricted support.
