Leads the company’s procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, vendor performance, risk mitigation, and procurement governance. Advises the CEO and CFO on commercial agreements, vendor strategy, and procurement investments. Drives cross-functional initiatives, organizational change, purchasing efficiency, profitability, and supplier continuity while managing complex negotiations and executive-level relationships.

Manage end-to-end price change projects driven by index shifts, contracts, or cost changes. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Accounting), validate data and calculations, prepare vendor/customer communications, update systems (ERP, Salesforce, SharePoint), maintain trackers and documentation, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely pricing implementations.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, long-term financial modeling, KPI monitoring, and reporting. Provide financial analysis, pricing calculations, and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize costs, and implement process improvements.

Plan and execute sourcing and pricing projects to drive cost, quality, and service improvements. Evaluate specifications, recommend domestic and international sourcing strategies, negotiate and onboard vendors, manage price changes and contracts, track projects in Salesforce and ERP, create SOPs and training, and mentor specialists to improve department KPIs.
